For those with onsite access to biomedical engineering support, UMI offers an economical Parts and Technical Support Plan. Customers that choose this service level prefer to maintain their ultrasound equipment with internal engineering resources and only engage UMI for periodic technical support guidance and cost-effective, highly-reliable replacement parts.
The Parts & Technical Support Service Plan Features Include:
- Access to Technical Support services 24×7 to provide timely responsiveness when you need it.
- Quality assured factory parts at a 10% discount when ordered during the contract year.
- Parts delivered next day.
- All service records maintained in accordance with prevailing authorities (ACT and HRS).
- Hard copy documentation and electronic service reports are provided to ensure accurate records are maintained.
Additional Service Support is Always Available When You Need Us.
If the need arises, UMI service engineers are available to assist you on-site at our preferred normal business hourly and after hour rates.
